Why Learn Martial Arts?

Martial arts is a wonderful experience! It helps with your physical, mental, and emotional fitness. Your concentration will be improved! I’ve been doing Tae Kwon Do since I was 14 years old! However, my experience is that Korean martial art mentioned infused with our dojang’s unique style of Close Quarter Combat. Martial arts in tonnes of varieties: A cornucopia of styles to choose from! Here are some I’ve listed down. I suggest you look one up to see if you like it!
Hard martial arts depend on using force against force. Soft martial arts use the flow against the foe. Last but not least, hybrid martial arts are versatile; they combine techniques from both hard and soft. Styles I recommend to you would be Tae Kwon Do, Kyokushin, Shotokan, Goju Ryu, Muay Thai, and Cardio Kickboxing. I also recommend Mixed Martial Arts, Sun Hang Do (If you live in BC), Kenpo 5.0 (If you live in California), Okichitaw (If you live in Ontario), and Hapkido.
REMEMBER: Training to be excellent in martial arts is a difficult journey! Even when you succeed, There will always be greater challenges ahead!
